Top grain 7oz latigo leather has been handcrafted into a lovely statement piece for any Steampunk, Goth, Lolita, Renaissance, or Neo-Victorian outfit or costume. This is made to fit standard size cotton parasols and fans, but can only be guaranteed to fit this fans and parasols that we sell. If you order a mixed color of fan and parasol, please send us a message with which two you would like sent.

The top opening is about 2 1/8- 2 1/4 and the bottom is about 1 7/8 in diameter
