This corset is a collaboration between Corsets & Cogs and Carisa Hendrix, the talented mind behind Lucy Darling, in order to suit her very specific needs. Black Napa Leather provides a strong, durable, and smooth face for this corset. Satin trimming keeps a low profile that makes this the ultimate foundational corset for under dramatic dresses or stealthing. A YYK zipper front closure creates a simple and lower profile front. Lacing cord and no modesty panel allows for fast no-frills lacing.

This listing is for a made-to-order corset made using our custom pattern! Constructed with a smooth and durable black Napa leather, steel bones, and with a cotton twill liner, this corset is a luxurious and durable option perfectly made to meet the demands of a busy show schedule. This corset is made of a black leather, trimmed with black satin binding, has cording laces, nickel colored hardware, and no modesty panel.

This corset can also be made with black leather binding and/or a busk upon request. It is also available in all black satin with a busk in my shop! 

Please note that zipper closures are less durable than busks, so a busk will be more durable if that is a concern.

Our 216 Pattern is a curvy underbust with high cut hips and a wide hip spring and cupped ribs and hips that is perfect for intermediate corset wearers to experienced tightlacers. A 10 inch busk provides great stomach coverage and high hips allow for a wider range of motion as well as accommodating a wider range of hip shapes.

We design all of our corsets right here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland using on the highest quality materials available. Spiral steel bones make up the body of this corset, creating a durable and reliable waist, with a flat steel reinforcement at the grommets for extra strength. A high quality zipper and two piece grommets create strong and reliable corset closure. Our liner, and waist tape are made from cotton to give this corset extra strength and allow your body to breathe. Our corsets have a heavy feel that you cannot find in the mass produced cookie-cutter corsets. This corset will train waists down 4 to 6 inches using hefty cording for laces. Our corsets are designed to last year after year even for a tightlacer!
