Top grain 7oz deep burgundy latigo leather has been handcrafted into a lovely statement piece for any Steampunk, Goth, Lolita, Renaissance, or Neo-Victorian outfit or costume. This is made to fit standard size cotton parasols, but can only be guaranteed to fit the parasols that we sell.

The top opening is about 2 1/8- 2 1/4 and the bottom is about 1 7/8 in diameter
